Akbulat Kadiev
Kadiev & Partners is a law firm that was established in 2021.
Its founder, JUDr. Akbulat Kadiev, received his master’s degree in the field of law at the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and in year 2012 he attended an International and Comparative Business Law Program at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg.
After successfully passing the bar exam, as well as during his studies at universities, he gained valuable experience while working at Czech and international law offices. He is fluent in Czech, English and Russian and speaks German on an advanced level. To further expand his knowledge, in the year 2025 he got his Czech Juris Doctor degree from Charles University in Prague. He is also an interpreter and translator registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic.
Together with other employees of the office, in addition to his legal practice, he is also engaged in publishing activities in the field of law. In 2026, he published a book entitled “International Trade and Investments in the Energy Sector”.

Kadiev & Partners focuses on providing legal services both in the field of public and private law. We have extensive experience in the field of criminal law, including some specific areas, such as economic crimes, extradition proceedings, etc. We provide comprehensive services in all branches of immigration law, including visa issues, citizenship proceedings, deportation, and asylum proceedings.
We represent clients in private law disputes, both in court proceedings and out-of-court dispute resolutions, including legal relations with an international element. Within the framework of private law, we also focus on issues of family law, especially on divorces, settlement of joint assets of spouses and childcare. An integral part of our practice is also the contracting process, representing clients at business negotiations, acquisition of real estate and related services, such as creating and managing an attorney’s escrow account. We always have an individual approach to our clients, while we guarantee the high quality, professionalism and punctuality of the services provided. In our office, employees are required to know at least 3 languages, which allows us to have clients from many different countries. For this reason, we have long-term partnerships with interpreters and notaries. An integral part of our practice is the provision of online services.

Our team
Mgr. Uljana Davydova
Junior Associate
Uljana Davydova earned her Master of Laws (Mgr.) degree from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. She began gaining experience in Czech and international law firms as early as her first year of law school. She specializes primarily in criminal, immigration, and commercial law, real estate transactions, and certain specialized areas of law, such as the legal regulation of electronic communications and the legal framework for cryptocurrencies – crypto-assets under the European Union’s MiCA regulation. Her work in this area covers economic and technical analysis, compliance, practical application, and licensing of companies operating in the crypto-assets sector.
During her studies, she completed three international academic programs to enhance her qualifications – two in Florida, United States, and one at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany.
According to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), she has native-level proficiency in Russian, Czech, and English (C2). She is also fluent in German, having earned the Deutsches Sprachdiplom II at C1 level in 2016, issued by the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs (Kultusministerkonferenz). She subsequently continued to develop her language skills during her studies, including her stay in Berlin.
As a junior associate, she further improved her English through several professional and academic stays in the United States, specifically in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.
Her legal education and multilingual skills allow her to leverage comparative legal perspectives, enabling innovative and effective legal solutions.
Jakub Doležal
Paralegal
Jakub Dolezal is in his fifth year of law school at the Charles University in Prague. He previously worked for two years at a notary office, where he focused primarily on corporate law and assisted with matters related to the incorporation and administration of business corporations. His responsibilities included the preparation of various notarial deeds, related legal documentation and client communication. He actively applies the valuable experience and expertise gained during this practice in his current professional activities.
His academic focus lies mainly in private law, with particular emphasis on company law, the law of obligations, and private international law.
In addition to Czech, Jakub is fluent in English, which he uses in both academic and professional contexts, and has an advanced command of German.
Bc. Danylo Shapoval
Paralegal
Danylo Shapoval is in his fourth year of law school at the Masaryk University in Brno. He also completed his Bachelor of Laws degree in Ukraine, where he worked as a legal assistant during his studies and gained valuable practical experience primarily in the field of international and cross-border legal matters.
In the Czech Republic, he has worked as a legal assistant at a law firm, where he focused mainly on real estate law. His work included the preparation of purchase agreements and related documentation, drafting documents for the incorporation of companies, and communication with clients.
In his studies, he specializes in international trade law, European Union law, contract law, and international commercial arbitration, with a long-term interest in cross-border commercial relations and dispute resolution.
He further expanded his academic experience during a semester abroad in Georgia within the Erasmus program, where he focused on intellectual property law, in particular internet law, while actively improving his English.
He is fluent in Czech and English. He is a native speaker of Ukrainian and Russian and has an intermediate command of Spanish.
